TheRecoveryZone is located on the SG Academy Campus and provides recovery services to athletes of all levels. Whether you are a weekend warrior or a pro athlete, we will provide the ultimate in your athletic recovery, wellness and anti aging treatments.
Our Core Services include compression therapy, cold water therapy, hot water therapy, Infra red sauna, red light therapy and muscle stimulation and can be utilized on a drop in or appointment basis.
We are staffed with a Registered Nurse that can provide our medical and aesthetic services by appointment.
